I had my first surgery by incisional method in 2004, and at first I worked really hard doing warm/cold compresses to reduce swelling. After about 3 months, it had mostly settled. But around the 2-year mark… despite it being incisional surgery, it came undoneㅜㅜ The hospital said it was something very rare, and I paid 300,000 won to get revision surgery. Maybe because I had experienced it once, the first time I made a huge fuss trying to get the swelling down, but the second time I acted relaxed, thinking, “It’s my second time, so it’ll all go down with time.” Maybe I was too relaxed, because the swelling really did not go down for a very long time and lasted a long time, and honestly, even now my double eyelids are obviously noticeable, so anyone would think my eyes had surgeryㅜㅜ If I could go back, I would do warm/cold compresses diligently.
These days, it seems there are so~ many clinics that do natural-looking results well. I’m also slightly thinking about a third surgery. The desire for them to look just a little more naturalㅜㅜ
