If you’ve had nose surgery once, seriously, unless there’s a very good reason!!!! If your nose surgery went well without any problems!!!! Please don’t get revision surgery later out of greed to change the shape. My younger sibling had nose surgery and then got revision rhinoplasty to make it higher, and the skin at the nasal tip became extremely thin, so all the silicone is visible. So they got revision surgery again at that same hospital. But the doctor was like, What can be done about thin nasal-tip skin? It probably won’t go back... and seemed reluctant to operate again.. But my sibling wanted the same doctor to take responsibility until the end, so they did it again. In other words, it was their third nose surgery. But the thinned skin at the nasal tip stayed the same, and the silicone was still visible in the end. Nothing really changed. So my sibling really cried looking at their nose... and after having surgery, if you’re going to get revision surgery again, you have to wait several months after the surgery, so for over a year, their nose was never in a normal state. So what did they do?? They went in for a 4th nose surgery and eventually removed the silicone hahahahahahahaha It was actually better without silicone. They should’ve just left their original nose as it was. I don’t know why they made such a fuss trying to raise something that was perfectly fine. Seriously, I think revision surgery really requires caution, caution, and an enormous amount of caution... Everyone, please be careful, really.
And plastic surgeons, when there’s something they can’t do or aren’t confident in, they say your face is the problem, that this is the limit for your face and nothing more can be done. Of course, not a single person says, “My skill only goes this far.” So no matter what diagnosis you receive at one hospital, please really don’t choose just one hospital right away.
