If I want a dramatic look, does it absolutely have to be autologous costal cartilage? I had my first surgery 7 years ago, and my nose looked blunt and swollen, so I'm going around for revision surgery consultations. Out of 5 places, 4 recommended autologous costal cartilage! For those who have had autologous costal cartilage, please share what the pain and maintenance are like!
