What if I release the adhesions after double eyelid surgery??

Last summer, I had incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction,, but the line is still bumpy because of scar tissue, and the tight pulling sensation in my eyes is severe Would it get a bit better if I release the adhesions??
