I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage + alar rim lowering with ear cartilage by a well-known individual clinic director. I told them that the nostrils showing after my first surgery was stressful, that I didn't want too much height, and that I just wanted it natural-looking with the nostrils not showing. It's been 3 days since the splint was removed, and now I have a bulbous/dragon-like nose that I never had beforeㅜㅜㅜ Could this be because of swelling..? On top of that, my bruising and swelling are pretty severeㅜㅜㅠ Could this be a case that improves as the swelling goes down?

코개비싸네진짜 But you got pretty bad bruising around your eyes too. I also have bruising around my eyes like I drew on burgundy eyeliner, but I haven’t had the nasal splint removed yet, so I don’t know if my nose is bruised too. Wait, but it’s day 3 and they already removed the splint?
델랑구 [@코개비싸네진짜] The splint was removed on day 5 after surgery, and I meant it’s day 3 since the splint was removed! My eyelids are bruised purple too, so everyone thinks I got my eyes done lol

haruholic My eyes are bruised way worse… I look almost like someone with an orbital fractureㅜㅠ But in the photo, I’m more concerned about the bruising on the nasal bridge. Did they say that’s okay? It’s not pooled blood, right?
