I had silicone and septal surgery. I don't have contracture and I don't have inflammation. I want total removal, and I just want to go back to my previous nose. I also don't want it to become upturned. But when I tried to have it removed at the hospital where I had it done, the doctor said they personally don't have much removal experience. Does simple total removal require a lot of technique??
