Can’t congenital asymmetric noses be corrected with surgery?

Um... Asymmetry like this usually isn’t correctable. They said at this level, don't raise the nasal bridge. If it is kept lower, the starting boundary looks blurrier and less obvious, but if it’s drawn thicker it becomes clearer. Asymmetry should be addressed with asymmetry correction.

[@banggujii] Osteotomy is for making the nose straighter/ narrower, so it is not directly related to asymmetry. Osteotomy should only be done if, after consultation, the doctor says it is needed. Don’t expect it to correct asymmetry.

[@방구제이] It was labeled “asymmetry,” but really the nasal bridge is bent. Just by looking, it’s already a bent nose. A hump nose is included in this too. Asymmetry is not only a matter of the nose being twisted; it relates more to the overall facial axis balance. That case seems quite different from the asymmetry you’re thinking of.
