I got the stitches removed and the cotton taken out today, the 5th day after surgery! I had heard that taking out the cotton hurts, so I went in scared, but maybe because they did it well, it did not hurt at all, which was a relief Before removing the cotton, I was worried because my nose looked upturned, maybe because of the cotton inside my nose, but after it was taken out I felt there had been no need to worry. I want 5 more days to pass quickly so I can get the splint completely removed too. For my surgery, I used 4 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. My nasal septum was deviated, so they said they would cut that to improve it and, at the same time, use the cut cartilage to raise the nasal tip, so I really liked the surgical method. They reassured me throughout the surgery that everything was okay, so thanks to that I was able to finish comfortably
