I had silicone placed in my nose, but the tip area has spread apart, so there is one bumpy area between my nose In cases like this, how is revision surgery done? And before, they said they couldn’t raise the height much because my nose was short If I get revision surgery, I want a prettier nose that looks a bit more noticeable
