While my mom was waiting for me, she told the consultation manager, “I’m sorry, my child overslept. Would it be possible to push the time back a little?” And then she asked why the videos of that doctor had been deleted. After asking, it turned out that doctor had already quit, but the consultation manager hadn’t told us. They said they were going to tell us when we came. Then they said they would let me have surgery with the head director for the same price. In the end, I just canceled and went back to square one.
