This was a surgery I had several years ago. At the time, as I got older, there was a sunken area in the middle of my jawline. I don't know the cause, and they say it is usually a sequela of facial contouring surgery, but I had never had facial contouring surgery. Maybe it was because of the orthodontic treatment I had before that. My teeth were large compared with my gums, so I had orthodontic treatment after extractions, which wasn't typical. That's just a guess. Anyway, because of that, I was concerned about sagging skin in that area. I didn't do the sunken upper eyelids, side line area, or forehead. I had a little fat grafting to the jawline and cheekbone cheek area. The other areas didn't engraft, so the fat disappeared, but the front cheekbone cheek area and side jawline still work well now, so I'm satisfied. But my front cheeks protrude too much…. I don't know if that's because the under-eye area has hollowed with age, but anyway it's another concern. I'm very satisfied with the side jawline. They said that when doing fat grafting, they inevitably have to put fat into the chin too, so it can look a bit longer. That may differ from person to person, but now it's all gone, so it looks natural and is fine. It was my first time with fat grafting, and also my first major surgery at a plastic surgery clinic, so I don't really know how to compare, but because of the side jawline I was concerned about, I'm 80% satisfied with the fat grafting. The director gave a good consultation. Both doctors seem to mainly perform fat-grafting surgeries at that hospital. I received the procedure more for maintenance than improvement, so I needed the most natural restoration possible, but I think that's the hardest part haha
