As the title says, I want to get consultations for revision eye surgery and my first nose surgery. Since I’d be consulting for two areas, I don’t just want a doctor with a lot of experience; I want one who looks at overall balance well. In detail, for my eyes, I’m looking into revision surgery because my double eyelids have come undone.. I’m looking for a place that can define an in-out line clearly, and just looking at photo reviews, ㄱㄴ and ㅌㅇㅅ both seemed okay. Especially for Director Yang Jong-pil, I saw some reviews saying he has an aesthetic sense, so I’ve only fixed him on my list for now. For the nose, when I searched things like nose types, they said a blunt nasal tip like mine is called a bulbous nose. They said bulbous noses tend to have higher satisfaction when the result is a bit more dramatic because the before-and-after difference shows more. But then, seeing people in this community looking into bulbous nose surgery, they said it’s not necessarily about making it dramatic, but that it’s important to bring out the nasolabial angle well, so I’m going to organize my thoughts more with that in mind. Is there any advice you could give me?
발강마투차 In my view, I think you’re organizing and looking based on your criteria well. Among the places you mentioned, I have consultation experience at ㅌㅇㅅ, so to give simple advice, if you have anything you’re curious about, just organize it first and go. When I consulted with Director Yang, the atmosphere wasn’t pressuring, so I asked everything.
너트달콩 [@발강마투차] I see, thanks for sharing
나나날이 The nasolabial angle is important. It actually affects the image a lot.
너트달콩 [@나나날이] Right, right, looking at reviews, it seems that way
하핟ㅁ… Right, for a bulbous nose, I think bringing out the nasolabial angle well and going for a naturally refined look that keeps a similar image, rather than making it too dramatic, is the safest and prettiest. Your list ㄱㄴ and ㅌㅇㅅ are both places that are good at that kind of image, so I think you could add one or two more places and go for consultations?
Ryan If you’re doing both eyes and nose, those two clinics aren’t bad, are they? For a bulbous nose, it really does seem important to bring out the nasolabial angle and columella area well. If done wrong, the nose looks even bigger. For ㄱㄴ, is it Director ㅇ?

I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
