I developed a dog ear after having medial epicanthoplasty 3 years ago, last year I had laser treatment twice, and 4 months ago I had dog ear excision surgery. It looks like this... it’s ruined, right?ㅠㅠ I want the inner corner line to look clean, ㅜ and right now the amount of lacrimal caruncle exposure is just right, but it’s bumpy, so I think I’ll need revision surgery. I’m so worried it might open up more and look strange. At first it seemed simple enough to fix, but now it feels like it has become more difficult..ㅠㅠ The clinic said they would decide whether to remove it after 6 months and suggested watching the progress, but I don’t think the shape will change. This really doesn’t seem right. Is there any reason to have hope?ㅜㅠ There’s so little information about dog ears ㅠㅠ
