After my first rhinoplasty, I had revision surgery because the nasal tip drooped and the silicone implant shifted. Compared to the nasal tip, the nasal bridge is too low, so it ended up looking like a beoseon-style nose, and I really don’t like it... Is surgery to leave the nasal tip as it is and just replace the silicone implant in the nasal bridge with one that is slightly higher a simpler procedure than a full revision rhinoplasty? Or is it basically the same as a full revision rhinoplasty? ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
