After<front view before, after >After<side view before, after >Just as I wrote in the title, I had revision revision revision eye surgery with natural adhesion, along with upper canthoplasty and a forehead lift. For my nose, I had implant-free rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage, and since I was already lying down, I also had Ultherapy lifting done together.
✅ Reason for surgery I had undergone revision eye surgery several times, but the double eyelids on both sides were different. Compared with other features, my nose was small, had a hump, and the nasal tip drooped, so when I looked at my side profile, my nose seemed buried. It kept bothering me and stressing me out, so I had surgery.
✅ Reason I chose the hospital Among the places I went to for consultations, this place was the most honest. They did not recommend unnecessary surgeries and only explained surgical methods that could improve the areas I was concerned about. They also told me openly about the surgical methods, how my image would change after surgery, and even possible postoperative side effects, so I was drawn to them the most.
✅ Postoperative swelling or bruising Now that I am writing this review and thinking back, I don't think the swelling after surgery was extremely severe. Since I had everything done at once, there was some bruising, but it started to fade around the 3-week mark, and by one month, the bruising was gone and the major swelling had all gone down.
✅ Current status It has now been just over a month since surgery, so I still have some minor swelling and am continuing swelling care. For my eyes, they created the semi-out line I wanted, and the lines on both sides are now the same! Also, compared with before, my eyes feel clearer and more defined. I like it because even just looking at my eyes, my overall image has changed.
My nose has changed a lot too. The nasal bridge is smoother, and the nasal tip that used to droop has been lifted into a sharper shape. The effect looks good from the side, but fortunately it also looks good from the front. Lastly, I also saw good effects from the Ultherapy lifting. I had heard that it usually takes one to two months to see Ultherapy results, but my face line, which used to look saggy, looked slimmer as if someone had pulled it upward. I guess this is why, whether it is surgery or a procedure, you need to meet a director with good hands-on skill. Overall, I really like the result, but there is still some minor swelling, so I hope it goes down quickly and becomes a bit more natural.
Anyway, after this surgery, the line came out well as I wanted, and I like that my image and impression have changed. After some time passes, when more swelling goes down and it becomes a little more natural, I will leave another review.
