Double eyelid surgery side effects from 2021, 4 years ago (serious)

Hello. I’m someone who had double eyelid surgery and revision surgery about 4 years ago, around 2021, at a plastic surgery clinic in Daegu (I won’t reveal it yet). The thing is, I had double eyelid surgery, but my eyes were uneven. So I thought, well, that can happen, and had it done once more, but they were uneven again, so I had only one eye done again. But the scar is severe enough that anyone can see it. Of course, when I open my eyes, there is nothing strange at all, but because of this, for 4 years I have looked downward by lowering my head, not just lowering my gaze. My family doesn’t know. My friends don’t know either, and if my gaze goes downward, it becomes noticeable right away. They didn’t say a single word before the revision surgery that this level of scarring could remain. If they had said scars could form, I absolutely wouldn’t have done it, right? I don’t know whether it’s medical malpractice or not, but with a scar of this degree, can I receive a refund or compensation? If I can receive it, how much could I receive? If I can’t receive a refund or compensation, do I have to file a lawsuit?
