I’m a man in my 30s and an office worker, so I spend a lot of time sitting. After work, I’m the homebody type who goes straight home, so I was usually quite lacking in activity, and I’m the type who gains weight easily in the upper body, especially around the abdomen, so it was always stressful. I had only heard about liposuction and was just thinking about it, but then one of my acquaintances had liposuction, and after hearing their review, it seemed like it wasn’t as dangerous a surgery as I had thought, and satisfaction seemed very high. So after thinking about it for about a month, I got a recommendation from that acquaintance, had a consultation, and it’s now been about a month since I had the surgery. To get straight to the point, I’m very satisfied. First of all, I’m not someone who never exercises, so I did go to the gym occasionally, but dieting was hard,, the weight wouldn’t come off, and with year-end drinking plans, company dinners, and so on... it was really tough in many ways. But the belly fat that wouldn’t go away went right in. For aftercare, I’ve now had radiofrequency treatment and even Ender, and I’ve also had carboxy. They said swelling can remain for 6 months to 1 year, and as the fibrosis loosens, it will continue to go down, so I’m looking forward to it. Oh right, and I had 2400 cc removed from my abdomen + love handles, and the nurse said that was a large volume. So I was worried at first, but after a day or two, my body condition was manageable and there wasn’t any major problem with daily life. Now that my belly fat has disappeared, I’m also slowly starting a diet plan that I normally had no motivation to do. After liposuction, I lost about 5 kg from my original weight, and my abdominal circumference decreased by about 10 cm. My goal is to lose 5 kg or more by this summer.
