About 10 years ago, I had partial-incision in-out double eyelid surgery together with medial epicanthoplasty. At the time, I didn’t look up any information; I just followed a friend to a clinic they suggested we go to together, had a consultation, and decided there. The line and the epicanthoplasty were also decided according to what the director recommended lol. Looking back now, I think I wasn’t very careful. But in the end, it turned out well, and people around me often told me my eyes were pretty. (Only my eyes.....) I later found out the director was well-known in the area where I lived and was a specialist. I don’t know if that’s why it turned out well, but still! My lack of caution could have worked against me, so I’m glad it ended up being a good thing now! Also, my swelling went down pretty quickly, and maybe because of that, my eyelid line is not an inner double eyelid now, but it is on the thin side! Even if the line seems thicker than expected right after surgery, you probably don’t need to worry too much. The line gets much thinner than you expect as the years go by. :)
