I had cosmetic + functional nose consultations with Director Lee Gi-jin at ㅇㅇㄷ, Director Park Yi-hyun at ㄷㄹ, and Director Kang Ju-yong at ㅂ. They said I don’t have much septal cartilage. So for the columella, they recommend ear cartilage rather than donated costal cartilage. Which is better?? Please also recommend the doctor among these who does noses the best without problems
