I've wanted to get nose surgery since I was young, but I'm still thinking about it even into my 30s. My nose is a flared nose + drooping nasal tip. Like in the photo, every time I smile, it feels like the nasal tip droops even more. ㅜㅅㅜ Every time I take photos, I want to get surgery. As I get older, I feel like the flaws stand out more and more. I've never had cosmetic surgery, so I'm scared of side effects and keep just thinking about it. How would it be good to get it done?
