I’m planning to get rhinoplasty without an implant. I don’t think my nose bridge is that high, so wouldn’t it look strange if only the tip is lifted..? Would it be better to put in even a little silicone?? I’d prefer not to put any in, and I only want tip correction, so I’m okay even if the height doesn’t increase, but I’m worried it’ll look strange if only the nasal tip is raised ㅜㅜ They said they would connect the step-off with cartilage. Would that be okay..? Also, they said I need osteotomy. Would it be better to do osteotomy? I went to 7 consultations, but only 2 places told me to do osteotomy ㅜㅜ And I really don’t want alar reduction, but every place I go tells me to do alar reduction.. I guess it would be better to do it, right..?
그렇다면저 I think you definitely need alar reduction, and adding silicone does make the tip correction more definite. Osteotomy doesn’t look necessary.
괄량소녀 Thank you for the comment :) For osteotomy, should I just tell them not to do it..?
재는이제그만 You’ll need to do the alar reduction for it to be noticeably smaller, and if you do osteotomy, I think it would come out pretty even with just the tip and without using silicone separately~ Even without osteotomy, everyone here has a nose bridge, so I think it would come out pretty!
괄량소녀 Thank you for the comment :) Thank you for the kind words
쥬디크 If your nasal bridge isn’t high and only the tip is raised, only the tip may protrude and create a step-off, so if you raise it naturally into a semi-upturned line without making the tip too high, wouldn’t it be possible without silicone!
쥬디크 If you want a dramatic change, silicone would probably be better. I don’t recommend osteotomy, since they say osteotomy can’t be reversed
괄량소녀 Thank you for the comment :) ㅠㅠ Would it be okay to do implant-free rhinoplasty without osteotomy?!
쥬디크 Of course it’s possible~ But this may be obvious: with implant-free rhinoplasty excluding costal cartilage, rather than expecting a dramatically different impression or a glamorous look, you should think of it as becoming naturally prettier~ Carefully think about whether you want a natural nose shape, whether you’re going for a glamorous nose shape, and the nose line and shape you want~
