I get Botox for my glabella and peau d'orange chin. I get it once every 6 months, twice a year.
My impression definitely became softer than before getting it. I tend to frown a lot, so I ended up getting it in the glabella. Since wrinkles definitely don't form when I'm angry or frowning, I can sort of hide my feelings too. And because wrinkles don't form, I think the lines don't become deep in the first place.
My peau d'orange chin was also severe enough to show right away when I clenched my mouth shut. After getting it, even when I make the same expression, the bumpy texture doesn't show, so I look much more feminine.
I just get it at an inexpensive chain clinic, and it was 19,000 won per wrinkle. That includes 10% VAT. I think it's a domestic product, but the effect doesn't seem very different, so I'm planning to keep using it.
They say if you keep getting it, the muscle weakens, so you don't need to get as much. I hope that happens!
