When getting revision surgery, alar reduction isn’t mandatory, right? Maybe my nostril wings are bigger than I thought There was a place that recommended alar reduction... But I wasn’t recommended it during my first surgery, so I’m a bit torn. Can doing just a little make a big difference.... I was only thinking of rebuilding the line, so I’m really conflicted. Has anyone had alar reduction at any of these places...? Do they do it well without making it excessive?..

하나하늘 Alar reduction isn’t mandatory when getting revision surgery. Even if it was recommended, if you don’t want it, I don’t think you need to force yourself to do it... I also only did my nasal bridge and nasal tip at one clinic and didn’t do alar reduction, but it’s much better than before.
