But I wasn’t recommended it during my first surgery, so I’m a bit torn. Can doing just a little make a big difference.... I was only thinking of rebuilding the line, so I’m really conflicted. Has anyone had alar reduction at any of these places...? Do they do it well without making it excessive?..
