Review of double eyelid incision with front canthoplasty

My epicanthal fold was very thick, and my eyes were small... and honestly I had nothing to lose with those eyes, so I chose a hospital that seemed like it would do the best aftercare, and since it was my first surgery I emphasized wanting a natural result because I was scared.

The result was just decent. They removed the epicanthal fold and made the line natural, and people who see me for the first time think I have natural-looking eyes. It looks pretty when I put on makeup.

But my eyes are uneven. The front canthoplasty is straight on one side and hook-shaped on the other, and after the surgery I realized that the outer corners of my eyes also went up and the space between my eyebrows got wider. Also, the flesh on the inner side of the line? Only one side came down.

The hospital where I had it done says they’d do front canthoplasty and eyelid correction for free, but whether I should go there or go to another hospital including outer canthoplasty is my biggest dilemma these days.
