I had my first surgery with septal cartilage and silicone, and because a step-off formed, I had another surgery. But my nasal tip drooped again and the cartilage is also showing through. So my nose doesn't have a feminine feel and has become blunt-looking. To get straight to the point, this will be my third revision rhinoplasty. For now, I've come to think of it as closer to treatment than cosmetic surgery, so I made appointments for consultations at ㅇㅂㅋ(ㅏ,ㅔ,ㅡ) and ㅎㅌ(ㅣ,ㅡ), places that seem like they would operate well in line with that Because of the bulkiness of the silicone, I want to remove all the silicone currently in my nose first, but I'm thinking about what other implant would be good to use after removal. A 3D custom implant or no implant? Since this is my third surgery, I've developed an aversion to silicone, but when I have surgery again, what would be good to use instead of silicone...................
한음 I think you can go to the consultation at Hit and ask everything you're curious about!! It seems like they usually do a lot using autologous costal cartilage.
