I had the 3-part procedure: cheekbones, jaw angle, and chin.
Now the major swelling seems to have gone down, and only minor swelling remains.
After surgery, I wasn’t in pain, but because of the intense swelling and heat sensation, I did cold compresses almost 24 hours a day
The uncomfortable parts were... aside from eating and sleeping while sitting up, there wasn’t much, and I was honestly surprised that it really didn’t hurt lol
At first, the swelling went down unevenly, so I was anxious, thinking, “Did they shave the bones asymmetrically?” But after almost 3 weeks, the major swelling went down a lot and things started becoming symmetrical, so I’m relieved
I’m going to get a CT scan tomorrow, and I’m half excited, half worried
