My breasts weren't that small, but personally, I wanted more. On the first day after surgery, it hurt a bit, but from day 3, I was fine. I washed my hair, went for walks, and managed daily life well. Still, it was a bit uncomfortable until about 2 weeks, but after that, it became bearable. Now I wear whatever underwear I want.
