I heard Ulthera’s staying power lasts about 6 months to 1 year, so I’m leaving a review at the 5-month mark. I got it because my jawline looked collapsed from sagging, and I had 400 shots. I tend to have hollowness under my cheekbones, so I was worried about cheek hollowing, but they avoided that area when delivering the shots, so I didn’t have any side effects. You’re probably curious about the effect and how long it lasts. For me, I started seeing effects from week 3, and I think the peak was from after 1 month to around 3 months. My sagging jawline lifted and tightened, making the line clearer, and the looseness of my double chin also looked reduced. Now, at 5 months, compared with when I felt the effect the most, it feels like the firmness has dropped a little, but it’s only to the extent that I notice it, and the line hasn’t become blurred, so I think doing it next year would be fine. My thought so far is that if it suits you well, the effect seems like it could last more than 6 months.
