I was originally satisfied with nose thread lifting too, but after experiencing side effects 2 years ago, my face subtly changed. I’ve had a hard time emotionally until now and finally decided to have surgery. So I’m really torn ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I’m going crazy. My nasal bridge isn’t originally on the low side, but my nose has a slightly spread-out feel. Both hospitals described a similar direction, so I’m even more conflicted. Please think it through with me. Both are very famous directors. * ㅇㄴ Plastic Surgery Director Kim ㅅㅇ Consultation fee: 20,000 won (I had a consultation 4 years ago, so I felt pressured) I had a consultation because the app reviews were exactly my style. My basic nose is good; they would remove the threads and fill only as much as was removed with silicone (2.5 m) They would make slight changes from my original nose shape and improve it in a prettier direction; no recommendation for a dramatic change. However, my septal cartilage is small compared with my nose, so if I don’t use costal cartilage, both ear cartilages have to be used. It’s possible without costal cartilage, but they recommended that it would probably be prettier if costal cartilage is used too. Compared with the photos I showed, my columella is weak, so they would slightly reinforce the columella. If the columella is lowered too much, the nose can look long. They said they would do it moderately so it doesn’t look long. After consulting with the director, I had another consultation with the manager. They strongly recommended that I make a same-day reservation in order to get a cheaper price, but I said I wanted to think a little more afterward (I had another consultation appointment). I’m not sure whether they were kind or anything, but the reviews are good, so I’m really drawn to it. But I saw a bad post on another cafe about follow-up handling after contracture occurred, so I’m conflicted. It’s hidden by the threads, but there is a slight hump, so they said they would shave it down. Before I showed photos, they first mentioned columella reinforcement. For the bulbous nose too, they would do only a very slight amount so it doesn’t become a pinched nose. They would make slight changes from my original nose shape and improve it in a prettier direction; no recommendation for a dramatic change. Likewise, my septal cartilage is small, so if costal cartilage isn’t used, they said I might not feel a big difference even after surgery. I had the consultation with the director together with the manager. Afterward, only I came out, and the manager and director talked, then I had another consultation with the manager. The manager was very nice and kind, and said if I’m unsure I should think about it. But I’m not exactly strongly drawn to it and I’m wavering.
