Day 1 after upper eyelid fat removal without double-eyelid surgery

<Day 1 photo>Procedure date: Wed, 2025.1.22 Procedure name: Upper eyelid fat removal Eye characteristics: I have natural double eyelids. I had upper eyelid fat removal 20 years ago, but my upper eyelids became thick again and covered my double eyelids, so I decided to do it. Since I already had double eyelids, I only looked for places that remove upper eyelid fat, but there weren’t many that do it. While searching online, I read reviews on a cafe and this community, made an appointment on the 7th, and went for a consultation. Consultation was only with the consultant. They showed before-and-after photos and gave a clear, kind explanation about the procedure. The clinic interior was clean, and all the staff were very kind, giving a warm impression. They seemed to take only as many patients as were booked, but reserved patients kept coming in. I had booked the procedure for the end of February, but I kept contacting them, and a slot opened up, so I suddenly had the procedure done today. After changing clothes, I washed my face myself. Went into the operating room and had my whole face disinfected. Local anesthesia - after the director told me to look at his eyes, design? (It was a bit embarrassing for a moment, but the director is a man and his eyes are really pretty, and his nose is pretty too.) -I could hear the sound of the eye incision and felt a flipping sensation, and during the procedure he asked me to open my eyes now and then and talked with me. Good pop songs and bright Korean songs were playing, which helped neutralize the pain that felt like my eyes were being pulled out. The director and nurses were caring. He also recommended doing the front part, so I added that. He showed me the removed fat right in front of my eyes. He said there was a lot in the front, but more muscle in the back. The photo is a bit scary, but because I strained a lot, there was a lot of bleeding, so I have relatively more blood bruising. I’ll post another update after one month.
