Hello Before surgery, I thought my cheekbones were protruding, and the area around the mandibular angle under the ears looked kind of wide. Even though I’m a man, I felt a bit hit with reality because I had to edit my selfies a lotㅠ Then I started thinking about surgery, looked into several places, found out that Director Park Jongrim at 345 Plastic Surgery is famous for facial contouring, had a consultation, and got surgery! On the day of the consultation, they were so kind, and it felt like talking with a university hospital professor, so I trusted them! Honestly, I went in with no knowledge, just thinking, “Ah! I want facial contouring,” but after the consultation I think I learned the details. I was diagnosed for cheekbones, invisible square jaw (from the square jaw to the side of the front chin), deep cheek fat removal, cortical osteotomy, and masseter reduction. I had heard deep cheek fat removal would be good, but didn’t know why it would be good, and they explained it properly, so it was unusual, but I think that made me trust them more. Now it’s been over a month, and people around me say my face got smaller. Honestly, I think I really like my cheekbones. It’s kind of amazing that just the cheekbones can make an impression look softer lol What I wanted was unrealistic: natural but flashy, and they did exactly that! Before surgery, because of my cheekbones, I was stressed because I could only choose certain hairstyles, but now my face shape suits both swept-up and covered hairstyles, so I’m really satisfied. At first I had slight doubts because of swelling, but even by 2 weeks it settled and the line took shape, so I was satisfied. Even with a regular camera without editing, it felt like it had been edited. I was also worried about sagging, but it feels like there is no sagging at all, so it really matches the result I wanted. Now, as an older guy, I need to manage myself, but also diet a bit so the bone structure shows better! If you have anything you’re curious about after surgery, leave a comment!
