Hello~ I had silicone + ear cartilage and lived for 7-8 years without any problems, but people around me said silicone surgery always causes side effects, that you have to get surgery once every 10 years. After hearing all sorts of things like that, I got scared and impulsively removed it, had autologous dermis, and now it's been a little over 1 year. The conclusion is that I regret it enormously. The nasal bridge gradually gets lower, thicker, and spreads. From the front, the contour disappears. Still, at least from the side there is some height to the nasal bridge, but from the front, it definitely doesn't feel like bone. It feels extremely blunt and puffy.. It's to the point where even my mom and close friends say my face is gradually changing.ㅠ_ㅠ And the buttock scarㅠ_ㅠ.. During consultation, they clearly said that if I managed it well, it would look like a fine line, but not at all.. I really took care of it diligently, applied scar ointment regularly, and did everything the hospital told me to do. But the scar is still so severe. This also stresses me out tremendously. They say during consultation that it's an area you can't see, right? Not at all. It's not like anyone looks closely, but after surgery, I can't go to a public bathhouse, and I can't get injections in my buttock either. In many ways, it's really stressful. Anyway, I think autologous dermis should really be used only as a last resort, or it may be better not to do it. I made a surgery reservation to put silicone back in. Is there anyone who had autologous dermis and then had silicone surgery again?
+I won't be taking hospital inquiries~ I had it done at a hospital often mentioned as being famous for dermis. Rather than a problem with the hospital's technical skill, I think it's a problem with the dermis material. Also, there were parts where what they said before surgery and after surgery were a bit different, so I don't really want to mention itㅠ_ㅠ
