<Before surgery><After surgery>My nose was not big to begin with, and even if I got nose surgery, I did not want it to become extremely high from here (like Olivia Hussey or something..), so I went around consultations focusing on making it suit my image + getting rid of the bulbous nose while raising the nasal tip. Honestly, when people get rhinoplasty, most of them have surgery with silicone inserted, right? When I went around consultations, since my nose is small, they said I also need short nose correction.. if I am going to do it, how about making a clear before-and-after difference by raising the bridge to tip a lot? I did not like that they talked only about what the clinic wanted rather than my opinion like thatㅜㅜ Anyway, not wanting silicone inserted was also my opinion, so I did not like why that was being ignored.. Still, rather than getting surgery at a clinic I did not like, I think I went around consultations very diligently with the mindset that even if it took more time, I would keep going around until I got surgery where I wanted! When I went to Marble, the best part was that from the start, the director explained the surgery with no implant as I wanted, focusing on how the line would be made from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip.. Since I was not greedy about my nasal bridge, surgery without an implant was possible, but they said osteotomy was unavoidable if I wanted a smooth and slim feelingㅠ Not only here, but most clinics said that, so I accepted it without doubting it. And among the places I consulted, the director’s consultation here was the longest.. They picked out and explained things I would likely be curious about from my perspective, and instead of simply saying raising the tip makes a pretty nose, they said we should design it to suit my face and image well, remove the dull feeling, and make it refined, which seemed to ease my mind that had been full of suspicion lol For nasal tip materials, they used only septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and also used autologous dermis! For everyone who feels resistant to putting silicone in the bridge like me, you can make the nose shape you want sufficiently even without an implant, so I hope you carefully go around consultations and decide!! People around me are saying it really does not look like I had surgery, but compared with before, I look much more refined and prettier.. More than anything, I liked that the director did not pressure me by recommending this and that!! They say cosmetic surgery has higher satisfaction when it suits you well, so as everyone goes to consultations, I hope you definitely check whether you are being recommended too much, and whether the surgery plan is being made the way you want before you get it.
