So I went to 3-4 hospitals that seemed decent. The last place I went to took the longest time with me starting from the consultation, and there was nothing uncomfortable at all during the consultation with the staff, the consultant, or even the director. It felt like they looked over the surgical estimate in detail? There were also a lot of people here who didn’t recommend autologous costal cartilage for a first nose surgery, but my septum had a relatively weak support base, so I thought it would be necessary to support it firmly with autologous costal cartilage, so I decided on autologous costal cartilage. I was also worried about absorption with donated rib cartilage. Since my nasal bridge was on the low side, I wondered, should I raise it a certain amount? So I asked, do you put in more than 5 mm? They said there was no need for that, and that basically the shape of the nasal tip could cover a certain amount of height, so I also made the nasal tip slightly sharp and rounded! Overall, I’m satisfied because I feel like the three-dimensionality came alive haha
