3-month review after breast fat grafting surgery I had the surgery with Dr. Kim Jae-in at Glovi Plastic Surgery, and the fat was harvested from my thighs. The swelling kept going down until about 1 month after surgery, but only the heavy, tight feeling eased, and the size has been maintained quite a lot, so I’m satisfied! I think whatever was going to engraft has pretty much engrafted now, and although it has gone down a little compared to immediately after surgery, when my period is approaching, they get as big again as they were right after surgery. The areas on my thighs where the fat was harvested seemed to get a little uneven around months 1-2, but they’re fine now. I had been worried because my thighs had too much fat, so I’m really satisfied that this issue was resolved too
