This is my 4th time nowㅜ When I first didn’t know much about cosmetic surgery, I heard Gangnam was at least famous, so I went to a place there and had surgery with ear cartilage and L-shaped siliconeㅜ Those who know will know, but L-shaped silicone barely changes the nasal tip shape and only makes the nose higherㅜㅜ What happened after that was even more unbelievableㅠ Because the first surgery failed, I thought I should look into it properly this time, so I joined a cosmetic surgery cafe to share some information. Just then, I participated in something like a group surgery? where a revision surgery was done together by the cafe operator and members. It was a hospital that is still said to be famous now.. At that time, I knew nothing about non-specialists, specialists, clinics, plastic surgery clinics, that kind of thingㅜ Of course, the hospital I went to was a large hospital and a plastic surgery clinic, and the doctor who operated on me was also a board-certified plastic surgeon~ I had septal cartilage + ear cartilage + columellar lengthening, and the problem was that after surgery, I developed rhinitis symptoms I never had before, suffered from allergies, and then a faint wheezing sound like a whistle started coming from my nose. So I saw an ENT doctor and was diagnosed with septal perforation~ It was an unfamiliar diagnosis I had never heard before! I was dumbfounded, but only briefly~ It turned out that during the nose surgery, when they harvested septal cartilage, they made a mistake, tearing the septum and creating a holeㅜ I went to that hospital and told them, and they said they would do perforation reconstruction surgery. I said I wouldn’t do it at that hospital and would get treated at a university hospital, but they dragged it out for months and exhausted me. In the end, they told me to write something like a memorandum? saying I wouldn’t disclose the hospital name, and said that if I had surgery at the university hospital and brought the surgery fee receipt, they would pay me~ I had surgery at the university hospital ENT department, brought the bill and receipt, and received the hospital fees~ The hospital fees were secondary; during the time it took to receive them, even though it wasn’t my fault, I suffered emotionallyㅜ wasted time and wasted moneyㅜㅜ After that, because of cosmetic complications such as the silicone shaking, nostril asymmetry, nasal tip cartilage showing through, and so on, I went to another hospital and had revision surgeryㅜ I had revision surgery using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage, and now from the outside it looks slightly crooked, the nostrils are still asymmetrical, and this time the columella inside the nostril is bent to one sideㅜ At the time of that revision surgery, because of the perforation reconstruction surgery there was a risk of recurrence, so the doctor said it would be difficult to approach deep inside the nose. I was exhausted physically and mentally too, so I didn’t get greedy and had surgery just hoping the parts visible from the outside would improve, but now I was trying to give up and not think about another revision. But my nose keeps becoming more crooked and even my facial symmetry is becoming uneven, so I felt I couldn’t go on like this and am looking into a re-re-revision surgery again~ I don’t have silicone inflammation, so I don’t have big desires about how many millimeters of height or what material to useㅠ How nice would it be if I could just go back to before my first cosmetic surgery? Anyway, I’m looking into revision surgery, and for me cosmetic parts matter too, but functional parts are also important, and I don’t know if it might recur again;; I’m looking into ENT clinics, but other members say I absolutely have to go to a plastic surgery clinic. Since I’m a case that was ruined by a board-certified plastic surgeon, I’m looking for a place that can do both ENT and plastic surgeryㅜ If anyone has information about revision surgery, it would be even better if it’s a hospital that does both ENT and plastic surgeryㅜ If you know anything, please give me informationㅜ
