On the day of surgery, there was almost no swelling, so it was fine to go alone and come back by myself. But from the next day, the swelling got severe. It may also be because I had under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting together, but they say usually days 2-3 after surgery are the worst. In my case, it took about 5 days for the major swelling to go down. They said I should not apply warm compresses for fat grafting, so I think it took a bit longer to reduce the swelling. Still, now that a month has passed, it has become natural and my under-eye area looks brighter, so I am satisfied.
