I barely had any breast volume to begin with and my rib cage is on the smaller side, so I was really worried whether I could go bigger, but the director said that since my skin is on the thicker side, it probably wouldn’t look too obvious haha (If your skin is thin and your natural breasts are very small, the chance of it looking obvious goes up, so it’s good to make sure to check skin thickness too if you’re planning to do it) Director Kim Sangbeom also checked the side-rib area? around the implant, to see if there would be rippling or anything like that, so he made sure to check my skin thickness too! And according to the director, he would fit me naturally with the largest size possible for my body, (I think there are breast sizes that suit you depending on your height too, so when deciding on size, I recommend looking at your proportions as well!) There was no asymmetry, so he said we could proceed with the same implant size on both sides. Both inframammary fold incision and transaxillary incision were possible, but I proceeded with the transaxillary incision.
