Day 7 after non-incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction, and tomorrow it’ll be exactly one week. Seriously, the swelling is going down sooooo much less than I expected. Even though it’s buried-suture method!!!!! When you see photo reviews and hospital promotion-style before-and-afters, only photos where the swelling has gone down a lot after one week and daily life is possible get uploaded, so if you only look at those and do it, it gets really depressing I still have two caterpillars stuck on my eyes, and I’m worrying about all kinds of things, like what if it never goes down later. I’ll drop the photos and go, please look The photos were from last night, and it is a bit more swollen at night than in the morning.
