It’s been 12 years since I had LASEK + astigmatism correction. Right after getting it, I stayed in Korea for only about a month and then went abroad, so I recovered on my own, but there were no major issues. About 10 years later, when I contacted the clinic again, the director immediately remembered me and asked how I hadn’t come even once and told me I absolutely had to come, so I went for a checkup last year The checkup results showed no abnormalities except for mild dry eye, recovery had gone well, and my eyes were very healthy, so the evaluation was that it had gone well. They prescribed about 8 boxes of artificial tears and told me to use them often.. I’m still using them generously now.. At the time of surgery, my vision had severe astigmatism and both eyes were minus 3? almost at a blind level, but right after surgery my vision was about 1.5 and 1.2. Now both eyes fluctuate between 1.2 and 1.0. At night there is some glare/halos, but it isn’t severe. Of course, depending on my condition, my vision sometimes drops sharply, but if I sleep well for a day and wake up, it gets better. I remember paying about 3 million won at the time, and when I think that I’ve used these 3-million-won eyes well for over 10 years, I really recommend LASEK.
