(Though it’s also hard to say this is all the hospital’s fault) I also feel betrayed, wondering how it felt to deceive a patient who knew nothing, but I’m just trying to get myself together and am looking into revision surgery again ㅂㄴㄴ (no 3D CT cost) They said autologous costal cartilage definitely has to be used. There is inflammation too, so they prescribed antibiotics, saying to take them and watch for now, and once all this gets better, revision surgery will be possible.. I got the prescription here first, and at the next hospital, when antibiotics came up, I said I already had medicine and didn’t receive more. They said aftercare includes swelling laser, swelling injection, antibiotic injection, scar-tissue injection, sebum care, and a self-care kit, and that the autologous costal cartilage would be done with a minimal 2-3 cm incision. They said the silicone would be removed and the capsule would also be cleanly removed. They said even just raising the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage would turn out pretty. They said the nasal tip looked red because there was inflammation, and that the contracture did not look so severe that there was no skin laxity or anything like that. ㅁㅈ The director seemed charismatic.. Somehow the way they spoke felt strong, but still, they explained in detail, so after hearing everything and coming out, the consultation felt okay.. They suggested using autologous costal cartilage and mentioned dermis, and if using it, they mentioned postauricular fascia. Here too, they said to operate after the inflammation gets better. Ha I feel so rushed.. Since all the hospitals said the same thing, at that point I let go of the thought that I had to get revision surgery right away in a hurry The price is a bit high, a premium hospital..? Looking at the before-and-after photos, it really seemed like they had handled many extremely difficult noses. They perform 2 surgeries a day. 2-2.5 cm incision, 3D CT cost O Swelling care (Healite), scar-tissue injection, scar care, oxygen therapy (separate cost required) I still have three more consultations left, and if I have time I’ll write again These days because of my nose I’m just completely out of it..
