I had surgery in 2007, so quite a long time has passed. Until about 10 years after surgery, I lived with the highest satisfaction while maintaining vision around 1.0. After giving birth in 2018, my vision dropped sharply. Now I'm maintaining around 0.6, and I sometimes need glasses when driving, looking at a monitor, or watching performances. There were already quite a lot of surgical cases at the time, and I found and went to what was, in its own way, the most famous hospital, so I think the surgery went well. Before surgery, I had worn contact lenses for a long time, so I had dry eye syndrome and my corneal condition was not good. After surgery, the dryness did get worse, but if I use artificial tears, there is no problem at all with daily life.
