Revision Consultation After Double Eyelid Folding Loosened Up (Please Judge the Blacklist)

I had buried double eyelid surgery 18 years ago, and 2 years later my right eye completely loosened, so I had a revision with buried sutures at the same clinic. Recently my left eye started getting dull, so I decided on another revision and have been narrowing down my list and going to consultations after making reservations. I’m aiming for a natural in-out line, and I’m not really considering canthoplasty or other widening procedures unless absolutely necessary. I’ve been to 6 places: ㅁㅅㄹㅇ(ㅅㅅㅂ), ㅌㅌㅇ(ㅈㅇㅈ), ㅇㅇ큐(ㅊㅁㅅ), ㅇㅍㅌㄴ, ㄱㄴ(ㅇㄱㅎ), ㅊ이(ㅊㅅㅎ). I also have 7 more booked: ㄸㅋ, ㅇㅁㄹ, ㅇㅇㅋㅌ, ㅇㅇ콘, ㄹㅇㅇ, ㅌㅇㅅ, ㄱㄹㅂ, so I’m planning to go. Do you have any recommendations or places you’d avoid among these?? Below are the consultation details. First, I’m torn between buried sutures and incisional surgery, and if some places recommend ptosis correction and others don’t, would it be better not to do it?? 1. ㅁㅅㄹㅇ - clinic that only does incisional surgery - They marked the line a few times and said I could just go ahead with surgery. - When I asked whether incisional surgery can still look natural, they asked back, ‘Would anyone not want it to look natural?’ - The consultation was quick, concise, and kind of chic. - No pressure at all to reserve. - Cost: low 4 million won range. 2. ㅌㅌㅇ(ㅈㅇㅈ) - incisional surgery + fat grafting + brow-under lower blepharoplasty - I expected a lot because they’re so well known for double eyelid surgery, but I was surprised that they recommended brow-under lower blepharoplasty even though I’m only in my mid-30s - They said the brow tissue was sagging, so lifting it would be better. - Strong pressure to book on the day. - Cost was 5.8 million won range if I provided eye photos + booked on the day and did not cancel, otherwise 6.8 million won range. 3. ㅊ이 - incisional surgery + ptosis correction - Because I have a history of loosening, they recommended making it definitive with incisional surgery. - They said that with incisional surgery, they could also slightly fill the hollow above the eyes with internal fat and tidy up the sagging skin. - They said in-out would feel too much like an overly inner double eyelid, so they recommended a semi-out line around my current line. - They were good at setting the line, explained things well, and were kind. - They recommended ptosis correction because I use my forehead when opening my eyes. - Ptosis correction is the part I’m a little unsure about. - Cost: low 2 million won range if I provide eye photos through ㄱㄴㅇㄴ ㅂㅂㅌ (almost 3 million won). 4. ㅇㅍㅌㄴ - both buried sutures and incisional surgery possible - They were kind, set the line carefully, explained everything, and showed me review photos (they carefully designed around a stye scar line). - They said both buried sutures and incisional surgery would work for my eyes. - I liked that both the doctor and the manager had a calm atmosphere. - A plus is that they only do two surgeries a day. - 1 year aftercare. - Buried sutures in the mid-to-high 1 million won range, incisional surgery in the high 2 million won range. 5. ㅇㅇ큐 - incisional surgery - They took photos in advance, and the manager and doctor explained everything in detail. - They marked the line several times and reassured me that with incisional surgery they would remove only a little so it would come out nicely. - The manager also said this wasn’t a difficult eye, so if the incisional line came out clean, that would be enough. - I was drawn to them because I heard they’re very well known for incisional surgery, and their explanations were detailed and kind. - 2 years free aftercare (revision after 1 year). - Cost: mid-3 million won range if only eye photos are provided. 6. ㄱㄴ(ㅇㄱㅎ) - both buried sutures and incisional surgery possible - The doctor explained things calmly and clearly. - They took the stye scar into account well, and also considered that I have eyeliner tattoo when setting the line (they said if they made it too low to keep it natural, only the black eyeliner line would show and my eyes would look even fiercer). - Both buried sutures and incisional surgery are possible, and they said if the design is set well, non-incisional would also be fine for my case. - My eye-opening strength is good and the iris exposure is fairly large. - They said since my last buried-suture surgery has lasted more than 10 years and doesn’t seem like the kind of eye that loosens easily, they wondered if there’s any need to do incisional surgery now when I should think about sagging with age later (personally, they said it feels a bit wasteful to do incisional surgery now). - They said the incisional and non-incisional lines are the same, and if I absolutely don’t want it to loosen, go with incisional; otherwise, non-incisional is also worth considering. - Cost: if I book on the day, buried sutures are in the mid-2 million won range, incisional surgery in the mid-3 million won range. Right now I’m leaning toward ㄱㄴ and ㅇㅇ큐. Please give me advice
