Footwork review for nose surgery, 2 places (ㅇㅂㅋ, ㅋㅂㅈ)

My nose is low / bulbous / short in style. Because I have severe rhinitis, I looked into functional rhinoplasty + cosmetic rhinoplasty. When I said I wanted functional nose surgery, they proceeded with CT imaging. There was no facial photo shooting. - He touched my nose and reviewed the CT images. He said to proceed without an implant and recommended nasal bridge osteotomy + nasal tip septal extension, and said if the septal cartilage is insufficient, ear cartilage would be used. - He showed many before-and-after surgery photos, took a side-view photo with an iPad, and showed the expected look with Photoshop. - 10% discount if reserving on the same day.
