[Breast surgery + liposuction & fat grafting] 1-week review ✔ Surgery hospital: Dite Plastic Surgery (Director Lee Jun-wook) ✔ Surgical areas: breasts (Motiva 425cc, inframammary fold incision) + fat grafting + accessory breast liposuction ✔ Height/weight: 170 cm / 56 kg (before surgery) ✔ Surgery date: 1 week post-op 1. Surgery decision & hospital choice After thinking about breast surgery for a long time, I decided on Motiva 425cc because I have a wide chest. I also wanted to create a natural line by doing fat grafting and accessory breast liposuction together. At Dite Plastic Surgery, the director personally managed the surgery and recovery, so I felt trust. 2. Postoperative pain & recovery process ✔ Pain After surgery, the pain was less than I expected. The first few days were uncomfortable, but it was mainly a stiff and tight feeling. There is discomfort when moving or changing posture, but it wasn’t very painful, and there were no major problems in daily life. ✔ Swelling & bruising • Breasts: There is still swelling, but the director said that if I wait just a little longer, it will go down naturally. They still feel firm, but I think they will improve with time. • Abdomen & thighs: The liposuction areas are very bruised and severely swollen, but I’m managing them by wearing a compression garment. I think the bruising will gradually improve. • Accessory breasts: I also had liposuction on the accessory breasts, and I’m satisfied because it feels like the line has been cleaned up well. There is swelling, but I think it just needs a little more time. ✔ Fat-grafted buttocks I had fat grafting to the buttocks at the same time as breast surgery. Basically, lying down is comfortable, but sitting briefly on a soft chair is okay. However, I avoid sitting for long periods, and for now it is more comfortable to rest lying down as much as possible. 3. Recovery & care process ✔ Care On the 3rd day after surgery, I received hyperbaric oxygen therapy and Smartlux care. I received them because I was told they could help reduce swelling and bruising even a little, and I think they were effective. On the 7th day, I had the stitches removed and also received Capsulatis and Smartlux care. I feel like these treatments are helping me recover faster. ✔ Daily life In daily life, light movement is possible, but I’m still recovering, so I’m not overdoing it and am taking plenty of time to rest. I’m consistently wearing the compression garment and focusing on care. I’m not completely recovered yet, but I feel like I’m gradually getting better. 4. Overall review It’s only week 1, but the pain is mild, and although there is discomfort, it’s manageable. I think the swelling and bruising will become more natural with time, so I’m waiting. I’m recovering step by step while looking forward to looking better going forward.
