I had nose surgery at a big hospital in Busan when I was 20 and knew nothing, and because the tip of my nose gradually drooped and I was unhappy with the height, I ended up having surgery again For my first surgery too, that hospital recommended silicone + costal cartilage, so I had it done that way, and for the revision I also had silicone and costal cartilage.. But normally, if the anesthesia wears off during nose surgery, don’t they give it again At that hospital, even though I woke up from IV sedation in the middle and part of the local anesthesia had worn off and I was shouting in pain and struggling, they didn’t re-anesthetize me Of course it wasn’t as painful as having no anesthesia at all, but I never want to have rhinoplasty again
