I originally had a round nose with a drooping nasal tip direction, so I wanted a rounded but refined, high-looking nose But after my primary surgery last year, it became a pointed + long nose… I went to revision consultations at Yuwonil, Yejin, Weverse, Hyundai Aesthetics, and Mind They all said they would make the shape rounded, so I think any of them would be okay But only Yuwonil does a soft nose, while the others do a firm nose (costal cartilage), so I’m drawn to Yuwonil. Is there anyone here who had it done at Yuwonil and is a few years out?? I’m curious how much the nasal tip height and direction drop when using ear cartilage or septal cartilage
