southope Hmm.. basically, if the eyes look sleepy because the strength to open them is weak, people usually do ptosis correction.. Still, you really need to look into it carefully before doing it!!
망밍고 When I was going around for incisional double-eyelid consultations, I saw before-and-after cases like yours too. (Based on the patient explanation the doctor gave me) it’s just that the eyelid has drooped down and is covering the eye, making it look sleepy, so I think removing the skin that covers the eye through an incision would be enough. Since your pupils are almost visible, I don’t think you need ptosis correction at all! I’m also getting an incision because my eyelids are stretched out, so I heard explanations like this a lot..!
