My arms last week, full of lumps and bruising at its peakㅠㅠ

After<after>After<when the bruising was at its peak...>Before<same clothes, different feel<before>>After<same clothes, different feel<after>>After<the bruising was worse on my left arm than my right arm, and the swelling went down unevenly>After<after>After<after>After<after>After<after>After<after>Before<before> When I compare the before-and-after photos, even though there is swelling and bruising, I can clearly see that my arms have become thinner and a line has formedㅎㅎ I'm so satisfied every time I see the dramatic effect

When the swelling and bruising were really at their peak, I got impatient wondering when they would go down and whether this was really the final result, but as time passed, I could see the swelling going down and my arms getting thinner, so it was really amazing

After getting the stitches removed, the swelling and bruising are definitely going down better, and now the line is starting to show too!!

Since I got the stitches removed, to help the swelling go down faster, I’ve been walking hard for an hour about 3-4 times a week, eating two meals a day, with one meal being eggs or chicken breast and the other a regular meal, managing things in my own way, and I think the swelling is really draining away fast!!!

I went to the hospital for aftercare, and they said I had lots and lots of lumpiness and severe clumping. No wonder the radiofrequency treatment hurt so muchㅠㅠ Since my arms also don't lift well and feel stiff, they told me to stretch a lot

I received one radiofrequency session and one IPR session. After the care, the areas where the lumps were clumped seemed to loosen better, and my stiff arms felt softer

They said that if I massage the areas where the lumps are clumped at home, like pinching them, the lumps will go away faster and my arms will get thinner, and then it will hurt less and work better when I get care next time, so even though it hurts at home, I’m enduring it and massaging, and I’m stretching hard too

Since stretching a lot lately definitely makes my arms lift better and seems to help a lot, I should keep doing it consistently!!
