Hello This is an old review, but the eye surgery has held up until now and it turned out so well that people around me don’t even know I had double eyelid surgery. I also often hear that my eyes are pretty.
My eyes aren’t very big, and I had asymmetric double eyelids, so I originally thought of doing only one side, but they said that even with asymmetric double eyelids, both sides should be done together. I was thinking of the stitching method, but I thought if I did the incision method, I could make the double eyelid line bigger, so I chose incision surgery. In the end, there wasn’t a big difference between incision and stitching depending on the eye shape.. I’m satisfied that it doesn’t come undone. And because the space between my eyes and eyebrows was narrow, I also had ptosis correction done so my eyes would look clearer when open. I also had inner canthoplasty to make them look a bit more open, and there was no scar. It looks so natural. I’m the type who swells easily, so the swelling lasted about a month, but I wore thick-rimmed glasses, so it wasn’t noticeable. Because it was under local anesthesia, they said they’d adjust the double eyelid line during surgery, and they shaped the line together with the doctor as the surgery went on. The doctor and the hospital weren’t especially friendly, but I trusted them because they spoke honestly. I wanted a bigger double eyelid, but they said this was the best possible for my eye structure.... just told me to stitch it only.. I came out stubborn, haha It looks natural My younger sibling had it done too, and they said just double eyelids would make the eyes look bigger given their eye structure, but it really is case by case. My sibling ended up with really big eyes. Compared with other places I checked in Bundang, the price was on the expensive side too, but so far there have been no side effects, and since they also removed fat from the upper eyelids while doing the ptosis correction, I was happy!
